How and when will I be charged?
Our fee structure at Globy is straightforward and designed to be risk-free for our clients. We do not require any prepayments. Our charges are based solely on successful placements. The payment structure is split into two parts: 50% of the fee is due the day the talent starts working, and the remaining 50% is payable 90 days later, after the warranty period. We charge a fixed percentage of the candidate's annual salary, regardless of the role we help you fill.

The final step involves precisely aligning these vetted candidates with our clients' specific project needs, focusing on their particular requirements in expertise, business domain knowledge, and leadership skills.

For each vacancy, Globy assigns a dedicated talent acquisition team, including a Recruiter and Sourcers based in key hiring regions. Their deep familiarity with local cultural and hiring practices ensures efficient candidate communication. Additionally, an Expert, typically a domain expert like a Tech Executive or a specialist in areas like Marketing or Product, oversees the vetting process. Their expertise allows for a nuanced assessment of candidates' skills and knowledge in their specific fields. This strategic team composition enables us to swiftly and effectively fill vacancies with high-quality candidates.
