How and when will I be charged?
Our fee structure at Globy is straightforward and designed to be risk-free for our clients. We do not require any prepayments. Our charges are based solely on successful placements. The payment structure is split into two parts: 50% of the fee is due the day the talent starts working, and the remaining 50% is payable 90 days later, after the warranty period. We charge a fixed percentage of the candidate's annual salary, regardless of the role we help you fill.

What is your approach to sourcing and vetting candidates internationally?
At Globy, our approach is defined by a robust, three-tier validation process. We start with a curated pool of talent pre-vetted by leading US tech companies and local unicorns. This ensures we begin with candidates who meet high standards of quality and trustworthiness. We then apply our rigorous selection process, cultivated from over a decade of experience in building tech teams for US companies. Here, we assess candidates across communication, expertise, and cultural fit, with only the top 5% making it through this phase. The final step involves precisely aligning these vetted candidates with our clients' specific project needs, focusing on their particular requirements in expertise, business domain knowledge, and leadership skills.
What team will be involved in filling my vacancies?
For each vacancy, Globy assigns a dedicated talent acquisition team, including a Recruiter and Sourcers based in key hiring regions. Their deep familiarity with local cultural and hiring practices ensures efficient candidate communication. Additionally, an Expert, typically a domain expert like a Tech Executive or a specialist in areas like Marketing or Product, oversees the vetting process. Their expertise allows for a nuanced assessment of candidates' skills and knowledge in their specific fields. This strategic team composition enables us to swiftly and effectively fill vacancies with high-quality candidates.
What if the candidate doesn't work out or leaves early?
To protect our clients, we have a two-tiered safety net: proactive actions and a 90-day warranty. First, we proactively avoid candidates with a history of frequent job changes or those who exhibit red flags during our internal interview process – such candidates are not presented to you. Secondly, our 90-day warranty covers situations where the candidate leaves, is deemed not a good fit, or in case of internal changes at your company. In these instances, we provide a 100% free replacement of the candidate in the shortest possible time, with no questions asked. This means we offer a replacement regardless of the reason for the candidate's departure.
