Pay only after making a hire

GoGloby’s mission is to match global Fintech-specific top tech talent with exciting job opportunities, therefore it is free for candidates. As an employer, you are being charged a Success Fee equal to 15% of the candidate's annual salary expectations when the candidate accepts the offer to work at your company.

For example: hiring a Senior NodeJS engineer who listed $120,000 USD as an annual salary expectation on their profile, will cost you $18,000 USD.

One month warranty

GoGloby wants companies and candidates to be a perfect match. Hence, if the candidate hired on the GoGloby marketplace worked at your company for less than one month for any reason we cancel our Success Fee. In this case, you don't have to pay us anything.

Employer Profile Verification

Job search on GoGloby is anonymous for candidates. We want to guarantee genuine, lawful and non-discriminatory jobs to our candidates. Therefore, we ask you to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your company, and update it as necessary.

Employer Profile verification usually takes less than 24 hours.

Rules of communication with candidates

There are only two main rules:

1) Please make sure to reach out to candidates with relevant offers.
2) Don’t share your contacts with the candidate while first reaching out to them with your offer.

The candidate will share their contact information if they are interested in the position. Candidates reserve a right to leave a complaint if the job offered doesn’t match their profile and what they are.
