How and when will I be charged?
Our fee structure at Globy is straightforward and designed to be risk-free for our clients. We do not require any prepayments. Our charges are based solely on successful placements. The payment structure is split into two parts: 50% of the fee is due the day the talent starts working, and the remaining 50% is payable 90 days later, after the warranty period. We charge a fixed percentage of the candidate's annual salary, regardless of the role we help you fill.

Additionally, an Expert, typically a domain expert like an SEO specialist or a specialist in areas like Social Media or Paid Media, oversees the vetting process. Their expertise allows for a nuanced assessment of candidates' skills and knowledge in their specific fields. This strategic team composition enables us to swiftly and effectively fill vacancies with high-quality candidates.
