The Web Developer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of innovative and interactive web systems and UIs. This includes desktop and mobile web applications built on languages and frameworks spanning the full web application stack. This role works closely with other developers, designers, content creators, marketers and other stakeholders company-wide.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a web developer
- 3+ years of experience with international and localization website development with Marketo and Salesforce integrations
- Expertise with Drupal/Wordpress/Prismic/CMS, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, HTML5, and related tools is required
- Experience with in-browser debugging and replicating customer issues; git source control; and design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
- Excellent project management skills delivering projects on time and fulfilling the customer experience and demand generation requirements
- Superior communications and problem solving skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
- Results-oriented
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Own the maintenance, growth and architecture of the DroneDeploy marketing website
- Create clean data architecture, semantic markup and maintainable testable code
- Develop, test and measure the user experience on both the website and landing pages to achieve revenue and pipeline targets
- Create reusable bug-free website components and design
- Maintain DroneDeploy’s brand throughout all digital interfaces
- Work cross functionally with designers, developers, project managers and marketers
- Apply best practices and latest web technology trends
- Respond quickly and effectively to operational issues
