DroneDeploy is launching in Australia and we are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help form the core team.
The Challenge
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical and product resource for our sales team taking a consultative approach with our customers by identifying their use cases, pains, and driving technical alignment between customer needs and the DroneDeploy solution. You will be an industry expert, effectively describing and demonstrating our solution as well as promoting our vision and approach (this will require a Remote Pilot License)
This job is for you, if you have a:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Years in pre-sales, or customer-facing experience with Enterprise SaaS
- Thrives in a startup environment
- Superior organizational & project management skills
- Strong presentation & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to learn about the drone industry, current regulations, photogrammetry, and GIS (existing knowledge a plus)
- Ability to attain a Remote Pilot License (existing certification a plus)
