Senior Developer (Node, React, SQL, AWS)

JBS is looking for an experienced developer proficient in Nodejs, React, and AWS technologies.

Required

  • Production node experience
  • Production react experience
  • Experience with AWS Lambda
  • 3+ years working with modern JavaScript
  • Strong computer science background
  • 3+ years working with open-source relational database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Microservices architecture
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to accurately estimate work
  • Commitment to provide quality completed deliverables with well-factored, maintainable code
  • Experience with VCS (git, hg or svn)

Nice To Have

  • 3+ years working with python
  • React Native
  • Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Python Zappa, Serverless Framework)
  • Experience building and designing REST-based web services using JSON
  • Cloud-based DevOps
  • AWS (SNS, SQS, DynamoDB)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
