What we expect from you
As a Java Developer for Erply, your main responsibility is to program and develop applications that can be integrated into business software and websites and other applications. You will be involved throughout the development life cycle of applications, from concept and design to testing of the product. Some other duties that may include are gathering and documenting user requirements, analysing data and identifying issues, as well as, coming up with a solution to issues detected. Essential skills for this position include teamwork and creative problem-solving.
Skills
- Proficient in Java and a good knowledge of its ecosystem
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Writing reusable Java libraries
- Writing clean and readable Java code
- Familiarity with writing Unit tests
- Experience with containers and SQL databases
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tool Git
