About the Position
We are looking for a IT Senior Systems Engineer who will be responsible for deploying and configuring systems to empower Contrast Security users. You will leverage your SaaS Systems Engineering skills, automation skills, security skills, and network skills to scale the internal Contrast Security IT offerings and provide immediate impact to users. This position is located in either our Los Altos office or our Baltimore office and reports to the Senior Manager of IT.
Qualifications

- BA/BS or equivalent practical and relevant experience
- 4+ years of Systems Engineering experience, preferably at a high-growth technology organization with cloud-based (SaaS) product delivery
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- A cloud-first SaaS mindset
- In-depth understanding of Okta, O365, G Suite, and Confluence
- Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Jamf, Jira, and Meraki
- Experience with at least one scripting language, such as PowerShell or Python
- Ability to work within security/compliance frameworks and with security/compliance teams
- Ability to create diagrams and written documentation of systems
- Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required
