• Work with customers to design their own custom clusters on their own hardware, or our custom hardware
  • Work with our custom tools to build, and manages clusters
  • Manage, and maintain datacenter infrastructure across the US (and possibly globally)
  • Receive, and see infrastructure alerts to resolution within defined SLAs
  • Help to deploy new, and tweak existing systems to help us deliver maximum service uptime
  • Work with customers on escalated issues to resolution
  • Perform software upgrades
  • Manage and maintain all customer, and company clusters
  • Manage, and maintain all customer software clusters
  • Some docker management/deployment
  • Work with vendors to ensure uptime, and meet budgetary goals
  • Applicant must be in the US and willing to work from 4:00 PM to 11:59 PM (pacific time) or in New Zealand, or Australia and want to work a 9:00 PM-5:00 PM (local time) or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (local time)
  • Experience working with VoIP (3+years)
  • Linux (Centos/Debian preferred) management experience (3+ years)
  • Experience working with VoIP (3+years)
  • Experience managing/building network infrastructure (3+ years)/ Both internal (own support team), and external (working with customers directly)
  • Outrageous self-management skills. i.e. don’t make your manager track you down to get work done. Come up with your own ideas, and be proactive in solutions. No hand holding.
