We are looking for a Business Applications lead to manage our internal applications projects and implementations.
In this role you will be responsible for the continued development of our Salesforce, Workday and other applications. This includes managing end to end projects related to needed enhancements or changes to current processes. You will be configuring, providing system maintenance, developing custom reports and managing integrations between various systems. This is a roll up your sleeves and do what is needed kind of position.
Success in this role means you are a self starter. You can see how processes have been implemented and you can identify gaps and suggest enhancements to streamline how the business works. You will be able to take your applications experience and share your knowledge to recommend how we can best optimize processes and systems. You will also have the opportunity to help end users with needed issues they may have. You will be hands on all the time.
Your experience should include project management, experience in applications development with Salesforce and Workday. You will have experience rolling out new enhancements and managing end to end in a small and quickly changing environment.
